Fate brought us together in November 2022. We were both on vacation at the same hotel. I specifically chose those dates to watch the World Cup, and he, who was traveling with his family, has his postponed due to COVID. So one night, I invited him to join us for a dance. He may not have been the best dancer, but I liked that he tried to dance all night. The next night I found him again on the dance floor, and after sharing a kiss, we never left each other's sides. I'm writing this almost three years later, now married.
